The son of a serving police officer should be held to higher standards! First suspend his father from the force without pay, for as long as his son remains at large. And if he still refuses to provide the boy, discharge him dishonorably and place an embargo against that family or anyone with their surname ever working for the government in any capacity! They have abused public trust, both father & son, and should never be given the opportunity to do so again.
