For those who are busy and multitasking on a job, VN is actually a very important means to send a message across without having to edit, delete and do all that, when you can just open a voice record and say what you need to say and send.

And then if I need to communicate my feeling to the receiver at the other end, VN is the best tool.
Not to mention those who might have lost a limb, how do you expect them to type a lengthy message?.

I so much believe that VN on any platform is a very good invention.

Lolz, i was taken aback by the myopic and limited thinking and responses on the other thread. Well, maybe they are of the idea and background that voice note takes more data, or they have network issues downloading voice notes. Voice notes are a norm in developed nations and in standard work environments. Nigerians are still backwardly struggling to terms with the formality, i understand that. They believe you are not serious if you don't make a GSM call or write them on a letter head.

They believe WhatsApp call is free, therefore frivolous. They need you to buy recharge card and call them to show you are serious. If some are older than you, they count it as a type of insult to interact with them on WhatsApp. Call me when you're ready. Bros, this is already a call. Funny like you said.

only intellectually lazy people indulge in voice notes, or those who cant spell.... I hate it, if you have important message to pass across to me, call or u type, I wont listen to voice notes
