Please someone should advise on a legal action to be urgently taken. My landlord is threatening my life and my family. To the extent of telling my wife that her mother will cry over her. He gave us a quit notice and his reason is that he wants renovate the house. And I have told him that we will need enough time to get another apartment. It is not yet six months my last payment expired, but the way he is threatening my family's life. I really want a legal action against him. How can he tell my wife that her people will cry over her. And he is a very diabolic man. Please my people , I need a very strong legal advise and I also want him to write an undertaken for me, should in case anything happens to my wife or my kids. I have respected him enough as an old man but cannot condone this any longer.
