Noneroone:
it's the way maersk deal was reported. Ogun state lost more investment than it gained last year.

What are you saying?

How much did Ogun state attract as foreign investors last year or you didn't check the screenshot I attached.

Meanwhile, the Emzor deal is 2024 deal, add that to more potentials before December

Have you been in a class with some Igbos before? You can't compete!
yoruboid:
Ever wondered why no one invests in the SE?

Those guys are a menace everywhere they go from Nigeria to South Africa to Malaysia

Everyone knows that right from time Yorubas have been very accommodating and that has attracted investments which never happens in your region

Lagos/Ogun/Oyo remain the fastest growing investment regions attracting FDIs in millions of dollars annually

We also have leaders that plan for decades ahead and create environments for genuine investors to thrive

Say all you want but Lagos will continue to grow and the last elections have shown who the real bigots are and they are not Yorubas

Lagos is difficult to leave especially now Tinubu is the president. Expect more federal infrastructure to favour lagos

Tell the baastard to go and develop iragbiji. That is his real place of origin, not lagos

Is Adamawa n Abuja also in the East or you did not see their two on the list where you located Abia ?! Many of you Ipob commedian self.

Noneroone:
saying southeast is not witnessing investment is pure delusion. Even easterners can confirm a lot is happening. Emzor news is propaganda posted on twitter feeds of an APC stalwart. It is not happening and you know it.

This plateau guy dey funny. Lagos ceased to be the Capital of Nigeria since 1979 when construction started in Abuja. Lagos was deliberately left to die in 1991 when Babangida moved to Abuja.

The federal government stopped investing in Lagos and relocated all the mda's to Abuja thinking Lagos will die.

It was in the state of comatose in 1999 when Tinubu became governor.

In fact, Obasanjo deliberately relocated every little thing remaining and deprived Lagos of funds.

We knew they wanted to move not only the Capital but also the economy activities of Lagos to Abuja.

They did everything to cripple Lagos but God pass man.

SW refused to relocate the headquarters of their businesses to Abuja eventhough they tried to force them to do so.

They even ordered all business to relocate the headquarters to Abuja including banks but swners no gree.

They even relocated seaport to Abuja and abandoned the airport. grin

Tinubu that is front Osun a stone throw away should go back to Iragbaji but you Igbos that cross more than 21 seas hills n rivers to get to Lagos should be allowed to stay constituting nuisance.

So you do not know you Igbos are economic burden on Lagos or why do you think Fashola deported your fathers n mothers in multitude back then before all your foolish governor start wailing ?

If no be say all this new Lagos governor no get mind n too pity the multitude of refugees flocking into Lagos from Ipobland your deportation should be a weekly or monthly thing at least.

Noneroone:
flocking is different from investment. Relocation of business is a big blow to an economy while migrants are often seen as economic burden.

This post confirms that Igbo are finding it difficult to live in peace with other ethnic groups. From North to Lagos to PH, the story is the same.
