That’s the reality of fighting, not Hollywood movies that you watch that makes you believe US are invisible, US spent 20yrs in Afghanistan still couldn’t defeat Taliban .

Fun fact, the US has never won against an equal, like against the Chinese or the Russians. All their so-called war is like a fight between a tiger and a chicken. From Afghanistan to Iraq, to Syria, Serbia, Panama, just name it.

The day the US faces Russia one on one, or the Chinese, then I will take their military serious.

Observe all previous wars, you will find a pattern. They will first, hope to weaken you with regional contenders, then come to finish whats left. Its like throwing a bone for two dogs to fight, then killing the winning dog who is already battered and almost dying.

But to fight equally like equals, you will never see the US there. If you doubt me, please point to only ONE instance since US history where it fought a peer equal. You won't find it.
