Draw out 50 millitary men from each local govt. Of the federation who are in the Nigerian army. Subject them to the dictate of the royal head of each locality with the supreme command with the president. They obey the

They should be provide with weapons to defend their people and local govt. They'll rather DIE than allow ANYONE ride over their village.
