If a person is constituting nuisance,he can be arrested by constituted agencies and charged to court . A governor has no rights to deport because a state is not a country.

If the story is real, did Bitter Obi know the causes of the move....many people are in Lagos today with no bearing.
Does Bitter want Lagos to be like some states in Nigeria fighting back from insecurity.

And both the Lagos and osun state governments had denied it that nothing like that happen.
If we are to go by your comment, Bitter obi should be in jail then. Also note that Lagos state government is APC while osun state government is PDP....
