Believe igbo people and their propaganda at ur own peril.
When u see them worked up in a frenzy enmasse, just know they're selling lies and trying to manipulate you.

Investigate, then investigate again!

I was at this beach and I can authoritative inform you no landmark building was demolished, you can as well visit the place.
Igbos have been doing this from time immemorial, paint any policy initiated in South West as anti igbo or claim they are deliberately targeted. They are doing this to blackmail their masters the Yorubas to dance to their tunes, paint Yorubas as bad people and score cheap political points.
It's only unwise people who falls for such outdated antics

Unfortunately we have many stupid bastard Yorubas that fall for their antics

Glad to know he’s back to business. The government only took the shorelines.
As expected by every serious private business owners.

I really hope this coastal road project gets completed at the stipulated time as planned (because the fear of many is that it might be abandoned along the line like other previous projects).
That is the main cause for concern as govt over the years have proven to act thus, not to mention the looting that will happen with the project through contract over pricing, etc.

If completed, It will also be an economic boast to the coastal towns around those areas where the road will pass through. I’m not a fan of APC or Tinubu but I support this project.
The question is bordering on priority. This project would have make more sense if the existing roads were in good condition and this new one is serving as an alternative. Secondly, shouldn't upgrading & activating the ports along those coaster lines been a better option? Imagine goods are moved from Lagos to the proposed Gelegele port (Benin), Warri port, Port Harcourt & Calabar ports. Do you know the numbers of vehicles that will generally reduce from the existing express way such as business travelers & especially trucks thereby increasing the lifespan of the express road. Not to mention the advantage of decongesting of the already overcrowded Lagos, lower cost of moving goods, opened business activities & increase in employment opportunities, etc.

That is what I believed would have been a better option. I careless of Nigeria political affiliations because they are all the same. So this view is unpolitical

Watch them avoid this thread. Even when we shouted here that the landmark buildings are intact, it is only the beach front that is being cleared, his people were all over here making a hell of noise, saying Igbo businesses were being destroyed. He was using a beach front that wasn't his in the first place. If the FG/LASG didn't have plans for that beach front will they build a wall to protect it? His people were here blabbing like illiterates and making a mountain out of a mole hill. Igbos will be claiming people hate them meanwhile all they do is go about their businesses cutting corners, but no we must not talk. If the table were turned, they will do worse, bigots.

they offer a whole lot more,Hotel Event center spaces, Work hubs, multiple high end restaurants, Gaming Hubs, offices Even a school are within the the landmark ecosystem. There's also a Highrise Apartment complex coming up within the same ecosystem.

Paul Onwuanibe is a Visionary n did a wonderful job with the Landmark Group.

I've me him personally at a few investors meeting n functions. A very humble man.
I have been following that man since his days as a lion on Lion's den. But this last stunt he just pulled, I hate it with every fibre of my being. Why paint the FG bad when the FG did nothing wrong in the first place? Rather, he is the one who annexed a land that is not his and made profit from it.

Again, APC monkiers all over the thread.

The Business is just trying to stay afloat with what is left from the destruction. They even had t refund customers.

This agenda you guys are trying to push will not agend.
Sometimes just ignore some threads cos all the lies you and your likes peddled in here has been busted. "They are just trying to stay afloat" well done, Landmark owner!

Refund for what exactly? For the beach that they neither own or even have papers for? Haba

More like the agenda you guys have pushed has been busted grin

Do you know Landmark was not originally a beach resort? Everything landmark built on the shores were without permission and illegal.

Dude bought land then took the backyard belonging to his landlord for himself and then rented out part of it

Now, Landmark is back to what it was designed to be

Exactly why David Umahi said Landmark would not be compensated bcoz he had no approval for the extension he built which was demolished.

Bitter Obi is a disgrace to himself. I've said it that Obi should not be jumping upon every trend just bcoz he wants to remain relevant.

Obi issued statement on the demolition of Landmark Resorts. Now that Landmark Resorts said it has opened for business, it's expected of Bitter Obi to issue another statement in respect of this development.

I'm sure Obi must have realized that he was misinformed and misled.

💯%
The Igbos strategists deployed the art of cheating and manipulation/reverse psychology after the civil war to bounce back and gain undue advantage against Nigeria. However, the tactic is only effective in the SW due to their tolerance and exposure. The Igbo’s get slaughtered for overstepping their boundaries in the North

They tried to use the same tactics to get the presidency in the last election but narrowly lost because Northern elites have them figured out

The Igbo elites no longer want Biafra since they can’t annex the SS region. Biafra is just another propaganda in their toolbox, sold to their misinformed people like IPOB

Nevertheless, you’re right about the antics being outdated but it works because the average Nigerian is lazy and stupid

When Landmark said their $200M investment was destroyed by Tinubu some illiterate Yoruba were arguing and talking nonsense. Saying how can this " shanty" investment be worth $200M. But if APC does a similar project it will be worth $2B and these same envious, hypnotized Yoruba APC #30k e-goons will applaud. Not knowing they're wasting their lives praising and defending their eternal oppressors.

You always support evil. Even the Largos - Coastal Highways is not necessary because there are uncompleted roads network needing to be fixed along that axis.

Only God knows why the haste. Is it because of Chagoury ties with Tinubu. Hitec construction handling the multimillion Dollars project is owned by Chagoury with Seyi Tinubu sitting on the Board of the company.

To me, the project is not necessary at this moment of economic downturn.
