A new smartphone from Infinix will shortly be released in India.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro made its world premiere not too long ago, but up until today, information on its availability was kept confidential.

Recently, Infinix hinted at the GT 20 Pro's arrival in India and confirmed that it would happen shortly.

Recall that the company priortised gaming performance and aesthetics when introducing the Infinix GT 10 Pro in India last year.

And with the GT 20 Pro, things won't be the same.

Although an official launch date for the Infinix GT 20 Pro has not yet been revealed, we anticipate the device to ship this month.

Additionally, Infinix has established a specific microsite for the GT 20 Pro in India, indicating that the official launch date is scheduled for May 6.

We predict that the Infinix GT 20 Pro would retail for less than Rs 25,000 in India.

Although the phone was originally Introduced for Rs 19,999, the Infinix GT 10 Pro is currently advertised at Rs 24,999 on Flipkart.

The MediaTek Dimensity 8200-Ultra SoC and Mali-G610 GPU power the Infinix GT 20 Pro.

Up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage are included with the phone.

Additionally, the phone has a Pixelworks X5 Turbo Gaming Display processor, which enables games to run at 120 frames per second by utilising Game Optical Optimisation and MEMC technology.

The device is running an unbloated version of XOS 14 on top of Andriod 14.

With the GT 20 Pro, Infinix offers three years of software updates and two significant Andriod OS Updates.

With a peak brightness of 1,300 nits, the 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display on the handset is impressive.

The panel features 2304Hz PWM dimming, 360Hz touch sampling, and 144Hz refresh rate.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro's optics consist of a 2MP depth sensor, a 2MP macro unit, and 108 MP Samsung HM6 sensor with OIS capability.

A 32 MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture is located up front.

Additionally, the phone has a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 45W rapid charging.

Finally, JBL-tuned stereo speakers are another highlight of the GT 20 Pro.
