There's no an issue in this at all. The man never included that name in his certificate or submit same in his INEC form. It's just his tribal name that the people are asking for and he has it. Many Nigerians have or given multiple names during naming but bound to use not more than two names out of those names. I know a funny name that was said given to me, that had not used till date. There's no fuss here.
