Created in 1976 and yet meticulously underdeveloped by the different governments in power since then. When will Benue state have some respite from poor leadership? When will the citizens start holding the leaders accountable for their wickedness? Hopefully this state called the food basket of the nation can wake up from its slumber. Hopefully one great leader will come up some day and move the state forward. |

BrutusOj:it happens every now and then, it's just that people don't report it. Most of the crisis in Benue state is between communities and not Fulani herdsmen |

It's about time the federal government set up and run a committee that will settle all land disputes all over the country and make final decisions on who owns where. Any lingering ones should go to court and a final judgment should put an end to all land squabbles. Enough is enough. |
