Please i really need someone's assistant, someone who has the ability to assist me. I applied online yesterday for a tourism Visa to U.S on 15th December, 2011. And luckily for me i passed and i  was asked to pay some amount of money. I only tried my luck. But even at present i do not have an International passport nor payment fee. This is why i have come out to cry for help from whoever has the ability (Financial capacity) to help.
