In a sane society, the lawyers will deliver him the notice, if he misses court date up to a certain time, then the sheriff will start looking for him to arrest him and take him to court, plus charges, if at the time of the lawyer's/court staff court paper or email delivery - and there was confrontation or injury, then the ekelebe will get involved earlier on.
