GOOD DAY,
CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM?

I USE HTC TOUCH PRO 2, AND I DO LOVE THE PHONE.
THE FOLLOWING ARE THE CHALLENGES I HAVE WITH THE PHONE:

1. IT RUNS ON A WINDOWS MOBLIE 6.5 PROFESSIONAL - CAN I UPGRADE IT?

2. WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD ANY APP FROM ANDROID MARKET AFTER LOGGING IN IT SAYS: There are no Android phones associated with this account. Please sign in with a different account.

KINDLY HELP.

My FRIEND!!!! It is not possbile by default to run an android app using a window phone, U can only download windows app ( .cab ) on to your phone.

Impossible for now even with tweak. Don't get confused with apps that emulate android interface, They will only look like android but will not install .apk

Visit your manufactures website to find out more about your device and if it can support android OS.

Android market is only for android devices. In the meantime your can try Java apps, I'm sure windows support java just like Blackberry.

Windows does not support java by default, U can only use emulator softwares like Jblench ( though it does not work smoothly )

Though android is an open OS. Remember he is using Windows 6.5 which is entirely different from WM7. Window 6.5 app can never be installed in WM7. WM6.5 OS is just like another platform. Remember that WM6.5 device cannot upgrade to WM7. This is because WM7 requires entirely different hardware. I don't think android emulator will ever come to lagy and abandonned WM6.5, If u tell me WM7, I go hear

same wahala (if u see it that way) on all platforms, wether Android Iphone Symbian or Windows Phone

The video doesn't help cos it doesn't show how to install android on a windows device. An alternative is to buy an android device cos unless you're a pro you might end up crashing your device.

Ok got it. Have you tried it and it worked? I don't think the OP wants any experimentation on his/her device beside these installations can be tricky.
I tried BB os update once and i got some error message. Had to visit BB forum to get answers. Though I got it fixed in the end.
