There are no votes anywhere for Tinubu, not even in the south-west.

Tinubu can only get votes when INEC jettison the electoral act, jettison the Nigerian constitution, jettison its electoral guidelines and procedures, shut down the IREV portal, and then conjure up numbers for Tinubu.

But if it's a free, fair, and credible electoral process, Tinubu cannot get up to 500 votes anywhere in Nigeria currently.
