Kobicove: They ate NITEL money finish, NITEL died, landline telephone died and no president of Nigeria has again thought of reviewing landline telephone system. Everyone carry mobile phones about, but Oyibo who made mobile phone don't rely on mobile phone for important communications. Oyibo still relies on landlines. Mobile phone is used when outside home or office. |

Sannisege: Even if they have 30 storey buildings in the East, the issue is about economic viability. If you have such in Lagos, do you know the Rent annually? If you have same in Enugu, how much can you get as Rent? So to me, it's not about location but economic viability. What are you getting in return if you build in Lagos or Enugu? What year are you likely to recover your cost? These are the factors bcoz we're talking business here. |

Old list. The newly completed three azuri towers takes the second to forth positions now. At 30, 32 and 33 floors each, each stood at around 140m tall. |
