Location:VI Lagos
Position: HR/Admin Officer
Experience Required: 4-5 Years
Education: Minimum Second Class Upper
Salary Range: ₦270,000 - ₦300,000 net.
Benefits: HMO and other benefits

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR/Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources, administrative functions, and payroll management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage HR operations and support the administrative needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Payroll Management:
- Accurately process and manage the company's payroll.
- Ensure timely and correct disbursement of salaries.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, assist in setting up interviews and calling candidates
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs, reference check

4. HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

5. Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance (HMO).
- Handle employee enrollments, changes, and terminations in benefit plans.

6. Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance management systems.
- Assist in conducting performance appraisals and reviews.

8. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance.
-Travel Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Sociology or related field.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper.
- 4-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in payroll management and HR software is compulsory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
