It shows how unprofessional the shooter is. Officers that take alcohol before and when on duty. They admit it is a stray bullet because the deceased is a fellow officer. If the deceased was a civilian, they would have deceitfully tagged him a criminal and claimed that the killing was intentional and professional. Deploying soldiers to such a place where there is no ongoing war shows how unlawful the government can be. Soldiers are meant for war. But in Nigeria, soldiers are even used as task force.
