Damian And The Pregnant Ghost (Part 1) by Storymack: 4:13am On May 24
"PLEASE don't hurt me" . That was the voice I heard as I walked majestically down the street. The plea continued but it was none of my business. All this men and their useless love Life. Who knows what he did to whoever is trying to hurt him. That was the thoughts in my y mind as I walked down the lonely path that leads to my house. It was already 10:15 as I looked at my phone.

"Chai see what free drink has pushed me into. I didn't even know when it got this late" I spoke to myself.

I took the risk of coming home by that time rather than sleeping over John's house. I told myself that I can't be his bed warmer that night. I was a bit tipsy but aware of my environment and things happening around it. I am not afraid of the dark, darkness has become my best friend. What more can I see if not dead people, witches and other creatures.

"Please don't hurt me, I am very sorry. Please"
That voice again hmmm

I tip toed to see what was going on only to see a man kneeling down before a pregnant woman but a dead pregnant woman. Even though I was tipsy, I could still tell the difference. Yes, a dead pregnant woman as I kept looking. She had blood stain all over her clothes and they looked dirty with tattered hair. I came closer to see if I could recognize the male figure kneeling down and yes I did recognize him. He was the good looking navy officer that always drives by my compound every morning. I always admire how good looking he always looks in his uniform plus the fragrance from his perfume.

"Oga navy officer what did you do" I thought
I don't even know his name anyway but he is a nice guy though despite the uniform.

I acted all drunk

"Why are you kneeling down and talking to the air oga navy"
He would look at me and still look at the Dead woman but I pretended as if I didn't see her.

"Oga navy officer why are you talking to the air" I repeated

"Please tell her not to kill me" he said

"Seriously I should tell the air and darkness not to kill you, hahahaha no body is normal in this country again.

I still had my eyes on the dead woman. She was angry, and she had a knife in her hand. She has been around for long to be able to master the act of carrying her choice of weapon for vengeance.

As she lifted up her hand to stab him, I held her hand up in the air...

"You can't do that while I am here" I said

She became surprised that I could see her and touch her too. As for the navy officer, his eyes almost fell off it's socket with his mouth in an "O"; shape

"You can see her too" he asked holding unto me

"Yes I can"
