EFCC to Charge to Pick Edu Ex TIC Chairman, Labasa

Dear Economic and Financial Crimes Commission

We are writing to request an investigation into the alleged diversion of public funds by Edu Local Government Chairman, Hon. Mohammed Aliyu Labasa of Efagi Community, Lafiagi, to build private fueling stations and hotels. It has come to our attention that funds meant for public projects and services have been misappropriated for personal gains, causing harm to the community and undermining trust in government.

Specifically, I request that you investigate the following: the source of funds used to build the private fueling station along Efagi Putata road Lafiagi, the Guest House and Bars directly adjacent Item7 Zango area of Ilorin, a fully fenced five bedroom bungalow with a security house adjacent the street behind the National Open University of Nigeria (Arsh and white paint) among others. We call for a thorough investigation and involvement of the recently dissolved TIC Chairman of Local Government Chairman in the above mentioned projects, and any potential kickbacks or corrupt practices that may have occurred. We believe that a thorough investigation will uncover a pattern of abuse of power and corruption that has deprived our community of much-needed resources.

We appreciate your commitment to fighting corruption and holding public officials accountable. While looking forward to your prompt investigation and action on this matter. Please let us know if you require additional information or support to facilitate the investigation aside the few pictures and clips attached to this , as we have all the necessary evidences of withdrawal of public funds directly to his personal accounts for the purchase of the properties.

Sincerely,
Alh. Kawu Bello, for
