The University of Uyo Post-UTME form is now on sale for the 2024/2025 academic session. Candidates who chose UNIUYO as their first choice , scored a minimum of 140 in the just concluded JAMB UTME exam and will be at least 16 years old by October 31st, 2024 are eligible to apply.

The deadline for application is August 31st, 2024.

Candidates awaiting results can apply for the UNIUYO Post-UTME form, however, they must upload their results to the JAMB CAPS portal to be considered for admission.

Also, candidates must have the correct subject combination in JAMB and O'level to be considered for admission.

There won't be a post-UTME exam. You only need to purchase the Post UTME form and wait for admission.

A beautiful morning to everyone. Before the admission form goes on sale, here's what you must do to increase your chances of getting admission into UNIUYO

1. Make sure UNIUYO is your first choice.
2. Upload your Olevel result if it is not on your JAMB CAPS (we can help you upload for ₦1200)
3. Be realistic with the course you are applying for with your JAMB score.
4. Make sure you have the correct subject combination for the course you are applying for.
5. Let CareerPal handle the registration for you when it's out

If you chose Mass Communication while purchasing JAMB form and you aspire to gain admission into UNIUYO, this is for you.

The University of Uyo has renamed Mass Communication to Communication arts. As it is right now, there is no course in UNIUYO called Mass Communication. Go to a JAMB CBT centre and change your course to Communication arts to be considered for admission.

Also, if you scored below 200 in the JAMB UTME exam and you want to change to communication arts, it is better to change to a different course because communication arts is competitive; you won't be admitted with such score. Instead, change to a less competitive course.

Hello everyone, please do not just rush to buy the form.

Take your time and think properly. If you do not think well and plan well, you will be in this process again next year.

Because the cut off mark is 140 does not mean everybody that scores upto or more than 140 will be admitted. UNIUYO already knows how many candidates they are admitting per course.

If your JAMB score is below 200 and you do not have money to spend (at least 500k), go for courses that are not competitive.
