Tactic should be picked based on the kind of players you have in the team and seeing how the team has no good wingers and a weak central midfield that can't over compensate for Ozil invisibility in the no 10, a 4231 set up is a recipe for disaster. A 433 setup or 442 diamond setup would have been better for the team. Whichever ways, Coq shouldn't even be in the team in the first place.
