Sometimes, he can be very frustrating, especially when you’ve seen him as an elite player and expect him to do elite things on the pitch only for him to fumble.

That’s another great observation. Martinelli is fond of running with the ball once he gets a pass. Being able to do that has its own advantage, but Martinelli seem not know when to do it and when not it.
