what the fvck of an excuse am I hearing?why is this ignorant minister calling tuta absoluts by another name tomato ebola,is it to convey the believe that the insect cannot be stopped,while powerful insecticides like actara,hallakat laraforcegold,imivlodrip,miteforce,etc can checkmate that insect,why is he not offering any solutions but just excuses,this is the classical example of what is wrong with Nigeria you don't need to go far,just the incompetence and ineptitude of this minister is shockingly incredible
