THE Organised Labour on Tuesday walked out of the Tripartite Committee meeting on Minimum Wage after the Federal Government increased its offer to N60,000.

A source privy to the meeting which is taking place in Abuja, told Vanguard that the federal government increased its offer by N3,000 thereby taking the whole amount to N60,000.

The source, said, “We walked out again. Just now. They (federal government) added 3k. We reduced 3k.”

As at the time the organised labour walked out, the federal government offer was N60,000, while labour reduced its demand to N494,000.
