There is this house closer to where I reside. The owner was painting the house, and then boom, three guys holding paper, claiming to be Omonile.

This house I am talking about has been existing since nine years. What's the purpose of Omonile in Lagos?

What's their aim?

What do they use the money the get to do?

What can be the possible way for government to eradicate them?

These omonile you see are not just on their own, they have serious backing of the influencial people in your area like ; the oba, baale, local government chairman, councilor and politicians in your area.
They are sent by these men of the underworld to extort from you then they would remit a certain percentage back to these influencial men.
These thugs are like an arm of government and no one dares them, only the same men that sent them can stop them.
Police can't do anything, even if you use soldier soldier can't protect you forever so out of fear people settle them.
