These are people who are interested in flipping, they are in interested in the launched stage

2.Long-term acquisition group
They buy property and hold them till they figure out what to do with the property. They buy and wait because they know that development is going to come there sooner or later.


3.People living in diaspora
Nigerians in the diaspora want to have assets down here in Nigeria to their name. most of them want to start building.

4.Wealth preservation group
Wealthy people acquire assets to preserve their wealth and in most cases pass it on to their children. They buy land and houses because properties are vehicles for wealth creation and preservation
