hello everyone,if you were give an opportunity to change two aspects of your job what would that be

Tough one.
I think one would be the working hours. I would prefer to work flex hours, and work by the hour, rather than working through a set period. So if I am meant to work 8 hours a day, I can choose when the 8 hours would be.

Second would be the benefits structure/pay cycle. I'd much rather be paid per week than once a month.
