Job role: Facility Personnel

Job Description
• Plan routine site inspections to maintain monitoring and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reports.
• Oversee and supervise Vendors and Technical personnel for functions as required by each project.
• Execute planned/preventative and reactive maintenance for all projects such as HVAC system installation, HVAC maintenance, Engineering Repairs and services etc.
• Review spending on contracts, services, equipment, materials as well as supplies and also look for opportunities to leverage business to reduce cost in all areas of responsibility.
• Carry our electrical, mechanical and HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
• Manage renovation, refurbishment and construction projects as assigned.
• Resolve service users’ complaints quickly and effectively.
• Ability to make presentations to clients and management
• Ability to follow up on client requests and project delivery.
• Dealing with emergencies as they arise.

Requirements
• HND/BSC in Engineering or other related curse of study
• The position holder must have a minimum of 3 years experience in facility, project or business management
• The ideal candidate should be good at report writing (Ms Word and Excel) and general building maintenance.
• Candidates living around Ikeja axis would be preferred.
