Job Description:
Ayhomes is seeking 8 motivated and dynamic Contract Marketers to join our team. As a marketer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our real estate services. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of full employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Ayhomes’ real estate services and properties.
2. Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the real estate market.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve personal and team sales targets.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
6. Prepare and present marketing materials, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients.
7. Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance marketing skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including social media and CRM software.
6. A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
