it is not their duty within civilian population, but that doesn't mean people should be killed because they are wearing uniform

So you're saying that mounting checkpoints should be discouraged in areas where civilians are much?

Have you seen any military checkpoints in the south where there are not many houses around?

honestly, the military guys are not helping matters at all. Every check point is an ATM point. They're not security conscious at all. They're just busy collecting money and giving change. How can you be that careless?

If you watched the video, the army were on defense and it was pitiful. None of the attackers got a gunshot wound.

I pray that the dead finds peace and the living should be better at their job

Nah.. For the army it's protection

They know ESN won't attack when their would be civilian casualties ... Those hold up is to protect themselves

They know this travel through South East from 12 am u won't see a single check point active... 10 max they are closed

I think its more of a revenue drive for the army than a security measure.
