Even Lagos didn't mutilate election result like Nyesom Wike and his men did during the Presidential election in Rivers.

Till he finished as Governor, nobody has ever seen the appropriation bill apart from himself.

No project was ever advertised for contractors to bid. All these are tip of the iceberg of the monumental fraud that went on unreported in that state when that man was Governor.
