How Can I Resolve This Issue With MTN by florianwirtz: 7:19pm On Jun 03
So I tried to buy data from MTN on Monday, I transferred the money to the account I was given but I haven't seen the data yet. I called them and they said they are working on it. After 3 days, they sent me a message that it has been resolved, I waited for more than 24 hrs yet I didn't see any data and no refund from them. I contacted them again and they said I should talk to my bank that the didn't see the money. I contacted opay and I was informed the transaction was successful. I don't know what to do again.

Someone should guide me on how to go about this please, my 2k no fit go like that na
