Sales Representative
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, actively promoting our products or services, and achieving sales targets. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for building successful client relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.
• Generate leads and build a pipeline of opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
• Prepare and present quotations to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Provide feedback to the team on market needs and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and closed deals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
• Proven 2 years experience in sales.
• Familiarity with CRM software and work tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with the team.
• Passion for sales and marketing, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
