Apologies, why didn't they sit at home in those countries, how come the military of those countries are not shooting them for the peaceful celebration.

Has the president of those countries Called for the arrest or banning of the celebrants.

Were law enforcement agents killed on those countries ?

Biafra can exist anywhere in the world, but there will never ever be an independent drug trafficking and baby manufacturing nation in West Africa. If you want an independent state, go and negotiate with Mexico or Columbia to give you part of their land and move your people there to continue your trade with fellow international drug trafficking nations
