- if this isnt the 1st time you came late to work, then would this punishments make things better? wouldnt it better to just tell her that her paycheck will be docked every time she arrives late.
- or better yet, to tell her that next time she is late, she can stay home as she will not be needed any longer...

I left an international organisation with crazy pay because I couldn't take shiit being offered and I said so, point-blank.

Sometimes in life,if you want to learn,you have to be humble. For that girl to go on her kneels without scoffing or protest shows she is likely gaining alot from her boss either material or immaterial. We obviously don't know the full story yet.

As a teacher, I have come to understand how delicate children are and how deeply attached you can become to these tiny beings without even birthing them. If this bond can be created when I am just a tutor figure, I wonder how strong the bond would be between my child(ren) and I. What do you think is primary to this woman? Her job or her child?


Children pull in surprises on a steady. A child who slept healthy may wake up ill. Diapers may have run out, the mother may have had need to take care of one or two vicissitudes that may have come up. We may think we are in control of our time, but truly, we aren't.

If the only option this woman has is neglecting her child with the neighbours, then she should quit and learn the craft from youtube.

That's why employers has surcharges. U come late, Ur salary cut off... Even by the look of things, I am not so certain she's an employee in that workshop. She may be acquiring a skill. Something she paid for, why still subjected her to that inhumane treatment...

you are absolutely right but then again you are not asking the right question... you have to put ALL sentiments aside and look at whats more important here:"getting a salary that will allow you to feed/care for your child OR stay home being jobless while having the greatest time/bond with your child? because you CANNOT use your misplaced emotions and bring your child to work. so you have to take a decision and stick to it. no parent want to let their children with strangers but sometimes they have NO CHOICE:

sadly, the above is what any wise mother must think of BEFORE having children as it is not a walk in the park to be great parents (as much as many clueless immature irresponsible people believe otherwise)... remember, its very easy to get pregnant, its another ballgame entirely to RAISE A CHILD PROPERY.
