Responsibility

- ⁠Facilitate prompt response to client needs, and resolution of issues, queries and complaints
- ⁠Oversee and ensure complete and timely deployment of operatives, support staff, tools and resources to fulfill contract requirements
- ⁠Oversee contracts and sub-contracts and ensure full execution in line with contract terms and service level agreements
- ⁠Manage and supervise the team for high performance; drive and manage performance
- ⁠Drive learning and facilitate development; coach; motivate

Qualifications

Minimum of a first degree or equivalent from any reputable tertiary institution
Professional certification in security management, operations and project management e.g., CPP, CSSM, PSP, PMP, Six Sigma etc.
Relevant post graduate qualification would be added advantage
Experience

Minimum of 8 years’ security and related operations experience including supervisory, managerial capacity.

VACANCY
JOB TITLE : TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

LOCATION: IKEJA
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL TIME

Summary

Training Instructor will be responsible for
- developing, teaching, and training the Manned Guards (both recruits and existing old. He will ensure strict adherence to established quality standards.

- Introduce new tools, gadgets, and security technology to the manned guards, for efficient use
- Place recruits into rigid and regimented existence, which will make them more militarized
- Prepare or follow the teaching outline/manual
- Administer tests to evaluate operatives performance and ability to learn
- Observe students to determine physical qualifications and limitations
- Explain and demonstrate techniques and methods of security guarding and similar concepts
- Assist in strategic service delivery efforts by providing technical advice and support
- Keep manned guards up to date about changes in methods of security service delivery
- Build morale, inspire achievement, and motivate high performance among operatives
- Research and introduce new methods for better service delivery, accountability of all equipment, gadgets, arms, ammunition, and weapons including items requiring formal accountability, informal accountability (i.e., clothing), and durable items
- ⁠Work with the operations department to accomplish the goals and objectives for effective service delivery
- Ensure conformance to QMS 9001:2015 requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
Relevant professional certification

Experience
Minimum of 7 years experience in reputable security company
Ex military experience (added advantage)
Familiarity with the methods and principles for designing programs to teach, train and instruct
Ability to identify performance improvement opportunities and gaps
conduct analyses, and develop solutions that will deliver the desired results through training programs
Good understanding of the local and international security industry
Strong strategic and creative thinking skills
High vigilance and ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment, arms, and other security and military gadgets
