When you talk of building a house ordinarily, do you put into consideration the time it takes to fabricate the glass, roofing sheets, iron rods used etc?
China is setting the pace in building technology. Give recognition to whom it is due.

you argue blindly just like most Nigerians. This is not your regular brick and mortar house. It's a prefabricated house where most components like wall, decking are already manufactured in a factory and transported to site for assembly and installation.
