Thank God NLC Shut Down The Nations Power Grid by faceland: 7:54pm On Jun 05 |
I am grateful to God that NLC shut down the national grid because it seems it needed "rebooting". NEPA brought light yesternight and it stayed till this morning. By this evening, I don't have peace of mind (at the back of my mind, my conscience is disturbing me as if I stole electricity). What is this strange thing of 12 to 18 hours electricity? Hope CIA would not raid me for over enjoyment of electricity? Did the electricity improve in your area abi na just me? |

Bro you see that end SARS acclaimed massacre, walahi those who fell for it should check in to rehab centers to check things out. Na for my kokoro eyes people were recruited early in the preparation for the protest via telegram. The Eniola Badmus Photoshop photos of being killed during the protest, na for here it emerged first before it got to other social media meaning it was something earlier cooked. I dey move closer to Abuja soon, na we slack about that matter because it was pure concocted . By the time jungle don matured, na to dey pick those saboteurs one by one like picking Ugu 8 Likes |

0001Lagos: Thank God it is prepay meter if not I would have called them to come and switch it off (especially those once that would estimate the bill). Toward the end of February, we have been getting 3 to 6 hours electricity per day & (I don't want to sound soft) but that thing kind of traumatize me. |

Update: They have take the light. At least I can go out side with full battery and enjoy music with chilled water. This simple thing was to hard for months. |

Christistruth00: That's not how union works. Staff are members of NLC & they switched it off safely (to their lives and to not cause damage). So regardless of how many security are station there, an authorized expert would shut it down safely without security interfering with what looks like a normal day at work. |

faceland: That is not True The Families of NLC workers deserve to have light Especially the ones in need of delicate Hospital care

Re: Thank God NLC Shut Down The Nations Power Grid by faceland: 8:00pm On Jun 08 |
Christistruth00: In 2024, electricity is a basic human need that prior to the shutdown was not given to Nigerian citizens properly (including the hospitals)... Please Google search the meaning of "Industrial Action". That is why private school, hospital and businesses remained opened (because their workers are not unionized). The electricity workers are part of NLC demanding for a fair wage (and they are protected by their union too). |
