Hello everyone, please I need a 2 bedroom flat apartment or a big room and parlor self contained to rent in Ibadan. Preferably direct to the landlord (agents expenses can be so frustrating). Preferred areas are: Iwo road, Monatan, Agbowo/UI, Iyana Bodija express, Agodi-gate, Ojoo(bus terminal area) or anywhere along Iwo road/Ojoo express.
Running water and wardrobe is very essential
My budget is 200k. Ejoor, things are hard. That's what I can conviniently pay yearly.
