Why Are The Governors Silent About The New Minimum Wage? by helinues: 7:20pm On Jun 06 |
To increase the minimum wage is not the big deal but to pay on time without delaying is the important things. Even though some few states have started paying N70k still reasonable of the state governors are yet to speak out about their takes in the new proposed minimum wage. Whichever amount FG, Labour union and Private sectors would arrive at , states must this time make sure they pay on time without delaying |

Wouldn't it be better if states can have general minimum wage different from FG, same as private sectors. Those in the private sectors would also struggle with whatever the new minimum wage. Inflation would be inevitable, but to what extent is what government should start preparing for ahead |

MrProlific95: One of the problems we have in Nigeria is the masses expected the government to play their roles in developing the country while the same masses are not just interested in making their own contributions. When you check almost all sectors in Nigeria, then you would realise the extent of rots. Are they politicians? Are they government? If we can't make our local government to be functioning like Mayor position, then it should be scrapped. Bukele of Venezuela started as Major |
