They are not really the people perse. The main peeps giving us bad reputation are the government (including the persons in government), security forces, and government institutions.

You see small boys driving big cars and carry different types of women with their ill-gotten wealth

They copy from our political leaders and politicians. Most of us are yet to understand the impact of leadership on a people. We cannot have men with records of corruption, forgery, impunity, looting, etc and expect that the society will not turn bad. Do we think that we will continue with the type of leaders we have and expect good populace?
