Job Title: Diagnostic Medical Sonographer/Radiographer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations on patients, including abdominal, obstetrical, gynaecological, vascular, and other speciality areas as needed.
* Capture high-quality ultrasound images using advanced ultrasound equipment.
* Document patient history, examination findings, and technical parameters.
* Maintain a sterile and safe examination environment.
* Ensure patient comfort and privacy during procedures.
* Collaborate with referring physicians to provide accurate and timely interpretations of ultrasound results.
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in ultrasound technology.
* Maintain and ensure proper functioning of ultrasound equipment.
* May participate in quality assurance activities.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography.
* Registered Sonographer with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
* Strong understanding of ultrasound physics and principles.
* Excellent technical skills in performing ultrasound examinations.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and physicians.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
* Proficiency in medical record documentation.
* Computer literacy, including familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
