Some senseless Yorubas n Lagosian might claim not all those from this spiteful hate filled tribe hate Lagos like the rest of us do not have functional brains. It is not all European that were slave traders does that stop Europe from being culpable of slave trade ?!

This is the altitude Yoruba should take on Igbos hating on Lagos n the SW, they' should be held accountable for their action n should be paid back in multiples of their own coin.
they can continue with there hate, after all it hasn’t stopped the state from progressing….they will just be miserable and frustrated while we let them drown in there misery grin

Abeg rest. What they are planning to do will decongest the traffic jam.

Take for instance here in Abuja, all development is just in one local government, even the one local government sef it is just one or two areas, central area and garki axis. Other local governments just seem not to be part of the Abuja. Now imagine if any minister can just come and switch to polycentric, it will decongest the traffic jam at Central area, even reduce the cost of house rent within that axis and takes development to other local governments

Imagine self contain in central area going for 1m whereas same self con in other local government is 50k to 100k.

Yes, he doesn't. Did he study town planning?

If you want to write a research paper then don't publish it on a public forum. Public forums are meant for laymen. Mind you, you can be a professor of medicine but still be a layman in transport and urban planning.

So, being unable to understand this salad article doesn't make a person less intelligent.

People like you are the kind of coworkers and managers everyone should pray against. You speak jargons to cover your incompetence then gaslight people when asked to explain your jargons in simple English.

What you said about Abuja is true. They planned Abuja to look like your day is incomplete without getting Central area or Wuse.

All other areas are residential with unnecessary high costs of living.

Just say you don't understand what they're talking about

Just admit that ThiefNuibu’s magic wand is for raising agberos like MC Oluomo instead of improving the ratio of teachers to students in free primary, vocational and secondary schools.

The olodo idẹ is actually an olodo dumbo in the provision of common services and utilities since 1999, which Sanwo Olu’s grammar can’t remedy.

Lagos, the commercial hub of Nigeria, has been ranking as one of the worst places to live in the world for the nine straight years, a BusinessDay analysis shows.

Data from the 2019 Global Liveability Index published by the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), the world’s leader in global business intelligence, shows the city has been within the range of 137th-139th position out of a total of 140 cities in the world from year 2011-2019.
>
>
The EIU examines the quality of health care, education, infrastructure, stability, and culture when assessing living conditions of each city. More than 30 factors are taken into account when calculating each rank, which are then complied into a weighted score between one and 100.

The lack of state-owned pipe-borne water in the homes of Lagos residents has continued to be a source of concern, a non-profit group, Corporate Accountability and Public Advocacy Africa (CAPPA) has said.

At a press event to mark this year’s World Water Day, the group said its monitoring team’s visit to state-owned waterworks showed that most of them are not operational.

The group said the waterworks it visited include the ones at Maryland, Mushin, Ikorodu, Obalende, Agbowa, Onikan, Ikoyi, and Amuwo Odofin.

Only the one in Ikoyi is producing water, according to CAPPA.

Focus on the governors of yoyr sate and region. Let Lagos breath

Focus on the failures of Sanwo Olu and his predecessors to use the increased resources from widening the tax base of the poor in the past 25 years to do anything like Jakande did in four years, and even the first governor of Lagos at its creation in 1967, Mobolaji Johnson did in six years without burdening the masses with taxes and loans to be repaid by uneducated agberos in the future.

eluquenson:
REVISITING SOME OF THE LATEEF JAKANDE'S GOVERNMENT ACHIEVEMENTS FROM OCTOBER 1979 TO DECEMBER 1983 (FOUR YEARS AND 3 MONTHS) IN LAGOS STATE

* His government constructed 11, 729 classrooms with the maximum of 40 children per class between March and August 1980, by 1983, he had constructed over 22,000 classrooms.

*His government established LASACO Insurance.

WHO SAYS 4 YEARS IN OFFICE IS NOT ENOUGH FOR MEANINGFUL ACHIEVEMENTS?

IT'S A FACT THAT 90% OF GOVERNORS IN NIGERIA SINCE 1999 WITH REVENUES AT THEIR DISPOSAL CANNOT BOAST OF A QUARTER OF THESE ACHIEVEMENTS EVEN WITHIN THEIR EIGHT YEARS IN OFFICE.
