He is free to re-marry, after officially ending his earlier marriage then making steady provisions for their education (pay school fees directly to the school) provide health plans (hospital where the children will attended to, when sick), provide accommodation and feeding for them. The main reason any woman would stage this type of drama is when the man refused to be financially supportive to their children. Or if the man used her for financial gains, then abandoned her. If he is providing for his children, she would definitely not do this. Risky as it is, I don't blame her, cuz we don't know what she has been passing through.
