Your hair & skin especially your face have two things in common which is, you should not apply loads of products on it.

If you have to layer products on your face, a hydrating toner for example, then apply generously (what your face can accept). The rest should be pea size or a small size except sunscreen. Okay your face wash should be moderate in size.

Your hair, you've applied enough conditioner on washday from deep conditioner to leave in, during the week you still apply more than enough leave in. Your hair won't benefit from that.
