Appeal court is giving judgement tomorrow. And PDP has said they are still party members,so what will Fubara appeal again?

Letter of defection read on the floor is a comedy skit.
The law is the law. Defection and resignation is complete when such is written and handed over to the Ward Chairman and also a copy forwarded to the National Chairman of the same party.

Even if this case gets to the Supreme Court, it will do over within one year. This case and the autonomy of the LGA will go hand in hand. Judgement will come forth and those found wanting will be looking for sympathy when the time arises and before then, it would be late.

Even National Assembly that has APC, PDP, LP, NNPP, APGA also sang On Your Mandate We Shall Stand when the god of Politics and Economics presented the 2024 Budget to the Assembly

No..the law works with facts, documents don't lie...the lawmakers were smart.They only affirmed APC with mouth,they never registered nor had ID cards of APC.They didn't cancel their registration with PDP.It was a well played script.Law is not based on emotions,you must prove beyond reasonable doubts that they left the PDP.Can you prove that because they said it with mouth or sang on your mandate we stand?What documents are there to prove?Case dismiss.
