I absolutely detest snakes.

Saw one in my compound and have sharply bought bitter kola and sprinkled round.

God help me.

Are they specific species of snakes that aren't killed...

Or just all species of snakes are untouchable?

I know of some parts for instance where it's the ball python that is worshiped and not killed for any reason.

I have never been to Gombe state before. Had a friend from there though even though it's a long time ago!

I killed this long green snake in front of my house. It was so silent, I wonder how long it was there before I noticed it. Thank God it was not a venomous one.
You said it was not a venomous one, yet you killed it.

Well its a wonderful peaceful, clean n civilize place compared to Lagos, P.H, and many other places. Though i dnt live there. Its a calm state. I dont kill snakes till today n dey haven't bite me, even with there population in my village. They only shy away n i go my way. I think is all spieces, we dont kill snakes at all. Though nt everyone bliv that.

Don't cut its head. The snake is long enough to use as belt. Its fangs are for hook. It's tinubulation time, there is no room for wastage. grin grin

I mean dangerous cobras, pythons and lots of species I don't know their names and they are killed on daily basis.,.
