*Key Responsibilities:*

Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business functionality.

Coordinate schedules, appointments, and logistics for operational activities.

Support the operations team in maintaining and updating records, files, and databases.
Handle correspondence, communication, and documentation related to operations.
Monitor and manage inventory of fashion products and office supplies.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Perform routine office tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and operational processes.
Provide support in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

*Qualifications:*

HND or BSc in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Previous experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in the fashion industry.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

*Working Conditions:*

Full-time position.
Office-based role located in Dolphin Estate, Lagos.
Standard working hours with occasional extended hours based on operational needs.
