Godslove2039: I wouldnt av been freaked or bothered about this suspense et delay but for the pressure on me via my dad.
I took only OAU (2nd choice) putme lastyr and my agg was 244.5. My dad made many connections with his colleagues and students wu are nw lecturers of OAU but to no avail.
This year, I wrote four PUTMEs. I've been offered 2 admissions but I turned down one and accepted the other lastwik just because OAU is putting me on "hold". My dad has made connections lyk he did lastyr but they kip telling him wot they told him lastyr "Dont worry. Your son's name has bn sent to JAMB in Abuja." But once bitten, twice shy is wot my dad kips saying to me.
Any moment frm nw, I will pay the acceptance fee of a school where I was admitted for B.Ed English Language. Once I pay the fee, my fate is sealed cos that is the course my dad wants me to study as against my choice of course (LAW) and school (OAU). I want to be a lawyer not a teacher and it's OAU that can make it happen.
The pressure is just too much on me. Pls, tell OAU and JAMB to do me this favor. They shud update my status. I'm sick of seeing "Sorry, no admission offered yet" each tym I check.

This double admission of thing is a big mischief either by the school or jamb because the process is quite complicated because i am in a similar situation where my name is already on OAU merit list and my second choice more preferred institution The polytechnic ile-ife also give me admission.AND JAMB instead of placing my name on my most preferred institution OAU THEY decides to PLACE my name on a polytechnic i only fill for record purpose as required by their OWN guidelines that you fill a place for a polytechnic.that is the TRAGEDY of JAMB PA-LAVA.However the school you don't want must first give you letter of admission rejected which will be taken to the preferred school.the admission officer of your preferred admitted school will now contact jamb for the new changes.then the status will change to the new school of choice.i don't really know the duration for the status to reflect the new status.i am quoting what jamb officials told me in Osogbo and Ibadan.BUT your own case you have to first make sure you are admitted by OAU before you can reject one for another.Any institution where merit is sacrificed on the altar of mediocrity then always expect complains and complains.you can also reach me on 08071491938 so that we can rub minds together on this issue.what is the relevance of most preferred,more preferred and preferred? their own very laws they refuse to obey.GOD HELP US

None of the admission is on Jamb site. I got to knw tru the site of those schools.
If ur admisn in2 UniOsun is reflecting on ur Jamb Admisn Status and Admisn Letter, when u're sure u've bn offered admission into OAU, walk in2 any Jamb Zonal Office (check Jamb Brochure for address nearest to u), lodge ur complaints and follow the instructions given to u.

Bro, I got ur SMS. Just that I'm settling some personal issues that's why I've been unable to contact those frnds. One is a guy in Computa Engineering Dept, the other is a lady in Agric Engineering Dept. They both got their Jamb-OAU Admisn letters despite LAUTECH being d first to admit them tru Jamb site.
Just relax, since u saw ur name on d list urself. It's a simple issue compared to those wu deserve to b admitted but not yet admitted. I will get back to u before sunday so u can meet those guys one on one on monday(public holiday). Take care

It is not the scratch card u used to register 4 utme. U av to buy a new E-facility card worth #1,000 n above, where u registered or anywhere u can get it. U will need two cards; one for Jamb Original Result Slip (if OAU demands for it), the other for Jamb Admission Letter

no it is not 2wo cards u only need oly 1 card. D card can b used 4 result slip printing and admission leta printing
